We offer fast delivery across the UAE.

Next-Day Delivery: Available for 30 AED

UAE Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above 149 AED
15 AED shipping charge on orders below 149 AED
30 AED next-day delivery option, where available

GCC Delivery

We ship to GCC countries.

Delivery time: 4–7 working days
Shipping charge: 35 AED

International Delivery

We also ship internationally to selected countries.

Delivery time: 7–10 working days
Shipping charge: 100 AED

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges based on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns if the item received is damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue.

Clear photos of the product
Photo of the outer packaging
Short explanation of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable solution depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened food products
Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Items returned without prior approval
