Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. At the moment, international deliveries are not available, but we are working on expanding to other regions soon.
Delivery Options
To match your schedule and needs, we offer flexible delivery methods:
Standard Delivery – 2–3 business days | AED 15
Free Shipping – 2–3 business days | Free for orders above AED 199
Same Day Delivery – Order before 10:00 AM for same-day delivery | AED 30
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day (except Sundays and public holidays). Same-day delivery orders must be confirmed before 10:00 AM.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives fresh, safe, and on time.
Failed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address details or repeated missed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
Time Period
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. This ensures the product is safe for resale and maintains the high standards our customers expect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly verify the issue and arrange a resolution.
Approval Required
All returns must be approved by our customer support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may be refused to ensure proper processing. You can request approval by emailing happy@snaacs.ae.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exclusions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, opened products, or clearance items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
